On the weekend of the Fourth of July, hundreds of American Saddlebred Horse and Breeders Association members and Saddlebred enthusiasts will converge on the grounds of the Kentucky Horse Park to participate in the 2025 Lexington Junior League Horse Show. On Saturday, July 5, these exhibitors as well as local Saddlebred fans will travel to the historic Carrick House for an evening of comradery, memories and fun as we celebrate the 16 living drivers of Fine Harness World’s Grand Champions from the past 50 years.
Guests will be treated to passed hors d'oeuvres a cash bar, and a curated Kentucky-crafted bento box with dessert at each table. While business casual attire is suggested, we welcome guests to attend in whatever makes them feel comfortable.
Enjoy dinner as MC Bob Funkhouser interviews each of these fine harness greats along with video footage of their wins. This event not only celebrates the fine harness living legends but also supports the future of the American Saddlebred. Proceeds help fund the many programs that ASHBA offers to reward achievements, encourage breeding and prepare future generations for success.
