Greeters
Greeters are often the first friendly faces attendees will see when they arrive at Convention. Volunteers in this role will welcome guests, answer questions, provide directions, and help attendees navigate the Convention space to ensure everyone has a positive experience from the moment they arrive.
Merchandise Assistants
Merchandise volunteers will assist with setting up the merchandise area each day, helping attendees with purchases, processing sales, organizing inventory, and assisting with closing and securing the merchandise area at the end of the day.
Educational Session Room Assistants
Educational Session Room Assistants play an important role in supporting speakers and attendees. Responsibilities include helping keep presentations on schedule, distributing materials, assisting speakers as needed, and monitoring room access throughout the session.
Saddlebred Celebration Set-Up Team
Volunteers assigned to Saddlebred Celebration Set-Up will work alongside the Event Lead and planning team to prepare the event space. Duties may include arranging décor, organizing event materials, and ensuring all areas are ready before guests arrive.
Saddlebred Celebration Event Assistants
During the Saddlebred Celebration, volunteers will assist guests with questions, help direct attendees, and support the Event Lead and team with various event needs to ensure a successful and enjoyable experience.
Annual Meeting Assistants
Annual Meeting Assistants will help support the meeting by distributing materials, assisting attendees, and helping event staff ensure the meeting runs smoothly and efficiently.
Major Awards Set-Up Team
Volunteers on the Major Awards Set-Up Team will work with the Event Lead and planning team to prepare the cocktail reception area and main event space, ensuring everything is ready for guests and honorees.
Major Awards Event Support
Major Awards Event Support volunteers will assist during the event by helping attendees, supporting event operations, and working alongside the Event Lead and team to ensure a seamless experience.
Breeders Forum Assistants: OFF PROPERTY
Breeders Forum Assistants play an important role in supporting speakers and attendees. Responsibilities include helping keep presentations on schedule, distributing materials, assisting speakers as needed, and monitoring location access throughout the session.
Ladies Legends Set-Up Assistants
Ladies Legends Set-Up Assistants will help prepare all areas for the event, including the Prize Wall Room, Cocktail Reception, and main event venue. Volunteers will work closely with the Event Lead and team to ensure everything is organized and ready for guests.
Ladies Legends Prize Wall Room Assistants
These volunteers will help manage the Prize Wall Room by assisting guests, maintaining crowd flow, monitoring prize distribution activities, and helping create a positive experience for participants.
Ladies Legends Event Support
Ladies Legends Event Support volunteers will assist the Event Lead and team throughout the event, helping wherever needed to ensure guests enjoy a memorable and well-organized experience.
